Basic Real Estate Investment Guide (Retirement through Real Estate Investing Book 1)


Known for his straight-forward, no-fluff attitude, Reed has thousands and thousands of tips on managing larger properties. I re-read this book at least twice a year and learn new things every time. I have a few other JT Reed books, which are pretty good, including his book on surviving another depression. Thanks for the addition Kerry! The Millionaire Real Estate Investor is one of those books I like to read, and then pick back up and re-read in another month or so. Very inspirational for both REI and living the life you choose.
