There aren't many softball books so when I found this I was pretty excited because I could relate. There are a lot more books about fastpitch softball in this series. I really recommend this book if you play fastpitch travel softball. It is really fun to read about because I could imagine that it is my team because a lot of the players in the books are like my teammates.
Again, this book was really good and i recomend it. This is a fun book for tweens and teens. Like all of the Softball Star series, it is a quick, easy read, and it is filled with softball and baseball action.

The parts I liked the most however are the parts about Brooke and the two boys she likes Jamie and Alex. I couldn't wait to see who she ended up with at the end. I'm the reader of the family but I also have played softball for 3years! Even the crazy things that Brooke did in this book!! This book is not just for softball fans.
It has lots of other stuff, including a love triangle with Brooke and two of the hottest boys on her team. I couldn't wait to find out who she would end up with. Teen girls will like this story. I love how it really fouced on how girls are capable of doing the same things as boys.

This book is great. It shows how amazing girls can be, if they are given a chance. It was inspired by the girl on the cover, who is a fastpitch player from Seattle.
