I really liked the quotes at the beginning of each chapter, in fact, I looked forward to them because they were so insightful. I especially liked the chapter on Self Care and what to do to be sure I'm providing myself with the right kind of self-care, especially because I love someone who is addicted to heroin and other drugs. You are so respectful toward your reader in how you make the book accessible to people of a wide age range, and of different spiritual orientations.
