I tried to make it through this book, I really did, but I just couldn't get past the outrageous amount of errors. I read a fair amount of self-published novels, as well as original fiction and fanfiction available for free online, so I'm not usually one to put down a book because of poor editing. This book was something else, though. It reads like a first draft that nobody bothered to look at afterwards before sending it off to print.

There's even points where the POV randomly changes to minor characters so that we can see a couple of lines of thought before jumping back to the main character. Even with that, I might have continued on if the book hadn't been so absolutely boring. The characters were very flat, the world the author had created made me yawn, and I honestly couldn't care less what was going to happen in the next few pages, let alone the rest of the book.
