As someone who isn't normally attracted toward fantasy style books, I found this book a wonderful step out of my standard Nicholas Sparks comfort zone. The books details, imagination, and personality are addictive, and I continuesly talked myself into "just one more chapter" on nightly basis.

The Poisoned Apple is a magic blood-red apple which, when bitten, will send its victim into the Sleeping Death. A victim of that can only be revived by love's first.
Would totally recommend it. If you love fantasy this books for you. I got very attached to the characters and it left me wanting more. I can't wait to read the next book, hope it comes out soon. Who knew there was such a life going on years before the fairy tale of Snow White, I certainly did not expect this. Before the Poisoned Apple.

Beyond graphic and imaginative. If you're into fantasy novels, you'll be in for a wild ride. A fantastic read and leaves you wanting more! A great read from start to finish. L S Dubbleyew has brought.

If you're into the fantasy genre at all, you'll enjoy it. LS Dubbleyew paints a clear picture; his descriptions of various places, characters, etc. The story was great - can't wait for the next one! I pretty much read only non-fiction, but a friend recommended that I read this book.

After some moaning, her body slumps to the floor as she falls into a coma induced by the Sleeping Death. It is unknown what happened to the apple, but it the dwarfs probably burned it. Though Snow White appears to be dead, the dwarfs can't bear to bury her, instead forging her a coffin made of glass and gold. The Prince hears of her current state, comes to the clearing where her coffin is placed, revives her with a kiss, and reverses the effects of the poison.
The poisoned apples are also used in House of Mouse , where they were referred to as Sleeping Apples.
