I just think it's weird that the page that says "she needed a potty that was not too big" shows Goldilocks with a boot. Goldilocks is tired of wearing soggy, wet diapers. She wants to wear big girl underwear. But not just any big girl underwear, she wants some that are not too frilly and not too silly. Will she get there in time? This is a cute take on the story of Goldilocks that will help parents make a smooth transition from diapers to big girl pants!

The story is well written.

The standout in this fairy tale-cum-potty training story is, without a doubt, the illustrations. They jump off the page with a whirling whimsy and have an almost scrapbooking quality to them. Though nothing is adventurously creative about this Goldilocks and the "just right pot" narrative it goes exactly how you would think it would , it gets the job done and would be a fine companion to kids at that stage in their development.

I always love fairytale retellings and this one is very sweet. The best thing about this book is definitely the illustrations.

Great Stories to Help with Potty Training
