She stays for dinner with Mark, Tanya, and Randy. Things get a little more tense when Tanya and Carissa butt heads. Carissa breaks out the handcuffs and secures Mark to the pool railing and sexes him so hard she almost drowns him. Noticing a pattern here? Randy tells Tanya that Mark needs to make his own mistakes, and from that conversation she decides to set Mark up with Melanie.

The two of them go on a very cute date to the boardwalk and they share a very cute kiss, and are generally cute. Tanya thinks things are just dandy now, so she brings Randy a muffin basket to thank him for his help. To top it all off, he has the best line in the movie. I thought that the film had taken a sudden turn a la Croc but it turns out it was a cop out and the shark was just a segway into the next scene at the aquarium. She not so subtly implies she wants the D, but Randy only wants to give his D to Tanya, and threatens to call security instead.

He disappears for a while, and we cut to Mark on Skype with Melanie. It turns out someone created a similar app a month ago, which made me laugh because what kind of personal app is this?

She knocks him out and handcuffs him to a towel rack in the sauna. See, I told you it doubled as a torture chamber. This is the second time Lifetime has had a woman sexually assault a man and brush it off as no big deal. If it had been the other way around, things would have been very different. She forces Tanya into handcuffs and shuts her in the sauna with Mark and a gun. She gives Tanya an ultimatum: Seriously, look at her.

Tanya finally decides that sitting there waiting is a stupid decision, so she chooses to shoot herself. And who was the ultimate hero? Why, Randy, of course! Or something like that. August 16, August 16, Carissa blames Mark, believing that he was only using her for himself and reveals that her ex-husband cheated on her with another woman and he was old and not sexually good with her, presuming that she killed him because of it. She thinks that women are not to be used or abandoned, which led to her obsession with Mark.

She keeps him in the sauna for a whole day, torturing him with dehydration. Carissa texts with Mark's phone to lure Tanya to the house and takes her as prisoner into the sauna too. She holds them at gunpoint and blames Tanya for ruining their relationship.

She leaves the gun in the sauna and locks them both in, giving Tanya a choice: Later at night, while waiting to shoot Carissa, Tanya tells Mark that when his father died, she was scared that Mark would die too and she was becoming so selfish that she was only protecting herself. She tearfully apologizes and when she's about to commit suicide, Carissa comes and says that she won't open the door until she hears a gunshot.

Tanya fakes the gunshot to make Carissa enter the sauna and the two women fight. Tanya wins and she tries to revive Mark. Carissa runs out of the sauna with an iron rod until Randy shows up and throws a trident at Carissa's side, killing her. Randy also finds Walter tied up in a towel box, showing that he was kidnapped.

With everyone saved, police sirens are heard in the distance, showing that help is on the way. A month later, Mark and Walter pack for college.

Mark and Melanie are back together and Tanya and Randy have gotten together and started a relationship as Tanya finally gets to let Mark move on.
