This the the first book in the Legacy Series. This book is a roller coaster of OH MY situations! I was left speechless at times, wow, is all I can say! I was wondering what could happen next, let me just say this is a sit on the edge of your seat, mouth hanging open book.

She never realized she had hidden powers that would be unleashed by her being spontaneous. With her parents both gone, she has to rely on her co workers for answers. September is thrown into supernatural world, where everyone calls her Queen. She is questioning her abilities and her title, but slowly realizes she is strong enough with her men beside her.

Okay since it seems I'm the first to rate this book on Goodreads. I know I must write a review. After the recent death of her parents that has left her feeling lost and alone, September Rae volunteers for something new and exciting, and unknowingly triggers a magical curse to lift. September Rae finds out soon that being the Queen of all Supernatural races in an Underground Otherworld brings her into a world of unknown pleasures and unexpected consequences.
The stakes are high for this new Queen, all the while being tested by everyone in the Underground Otherworld. Thankfully she is not alone and never will be again, along with her new court of sexy supernatural men, the gentlemen, the playboy and the rock-star, they must all figure out how to love and work together as their Queen is born.

There's a lot going on and a lot of sex so if you can't handle it then this book is definitely not for you. I loved September, she's a strong female character and with everything that was going on she needed to be. It's funny and sexy. The men are true alpha males and hot but know their place. Each one important for each paranormal group which in this case is only four.
I'm not gonna go into it because the book will explain it. It funny, sexy, a lot drama, there's blood shed, and of course wondering what might happen next. In the end I thought I would of gotten a little bored after a while but there was always some element of suspense and surprise waiting to happen.
It's been awhile since a paranormal book came alive for me. Marianne Maguire on a great debut novel. Anticipating the next one. And as always Happy Reading: Magic and heated desires Complete with roaring hot characters and sexual escapades, the magical powers exhibited here are not to be missed! A tale of learning time and prophecies bring us to the edge of a dangerous cliff and over with compelling characters leading the way.
