It is possible for an astrologer with basic jyotish to deepen understanding by comparing one's own interpretation for each placement to those written in this book. For instance, I have Rahu in 12th in Aries: That makes it sound like I may get to heaven. But Aries isn't a ruling sign for Rahu, and Rahu is a malefic in the 12th.
