Not quite what you're looking for?
It contains all the functions you need to compose an essay, or anything written, for that matter. However, as a bilingual student, there is one thing that bugs me: Whenever I type up an essay, I export it to Word because I can check for and find all my grammar mistakes that Pages had ignored.

Which leads me and many other users to prefer Word. I think it would be a good investment if Pages was more dynamic in the language aspect of things. In English it is pretty good I suppose but if this functionality were available, it would be the icing on the cake. This review was spell-checked and grammar checked on Word.

I just bought Mac recently, and i have difficulty working with this similar to office programs. I am a Mac person, but I believe this app is a disgrace for a brand like Apple.
I had to keep my old version of Pages as now the new ones do not support different languages and do not allow internal linking. I am not sure why they removed these features.

I really dunno what all these Apple haters are talking about, maybe they are trying to run the latest version on a incompatible device, but i have a MacBook pro and it runs AMAZING, super fast, no lag no trouble, its as easy as ABC.

I would highly reccommend you get this if u have an Apple computer, but be warned, pages may not perform as well on older devices. It's also great that it can be accessed from other devices since it automatically syncs with iCloud!

In my opinion, Pages is the best word proccessing application for education, hobbies and more! I update both Pages and Number.
Documents that stand apart
Now I cannot enter a number into a table cell on either application, both old and new documents. Both applications crash as soon as a numebr is entered into a cell.
Same applies to dates being entered into a cell formatted for a date. This gas rendered the application unusable.
