In the beginning, Dominique was very apprehensive towards any involvement from Cristiano's family. Eventually, Cristiano is able to tear away at Dominique's resistance and convinces her to come to Spain to meet her daughter's paternal grandmother and great aunt. It is in Spain that the attraction between Christiano and Dominique heats up. The two fall deeply in love while trying to resist the strong attraction that they share.

The book contains a few thoughts of how the relationship between the two could be seen as indecent because of Dominique's past relationship with Christiano's nephew. In the end, the two got together and the family seemed to be happy for them. This was my first time reading a Maggie Cox book.
I like that her hero was sensitive but at the same time still alpha. Her hero shed a few tears but not in a wimpy effeminate way. I love christmas stories!
This one's plot was a little weak and I don't know. At least it was a sweet and easy read. A quick "stocking filler" also known as an easy way to bump up your reading goal number ;. What a lovely romance between Cristiano and Dominique.
