We were able to come back after a day's walking to very relaxing, pleasant environment… Overall, a fantastic, enjoyable week and one we would thoroughly recommend.

You will not be disappointed and we would stay again. Everything was done with a smile, and the food and service at Casa Ana were 5 star. My favourite walk was on the last day.

The size of that valley, the snow, ibex and the sound of waterfalls and coming back to Capileira is a lovely memory. We did a week walking with Chris Stewart which was marvelous.

Walking over Lemons

There was a mixture of walks in stunning scenery including a final days walk into the snow line, which was stunning… Strongly recommend! Casa Ana is situated in the most beautiful spot there are spectacular views from the Terrace. The walking holiday itself was amazing, really quite challenging, but in the most stunning landscape and we learnt a lot about the local history and also Granada when we had a day trip there I would recommend anyone to have a holiday at Casa Ana.

The peace and beauty is hard to match.

A carefully renovated village house with simple, comfortable rooms dotted around the mountainside property. Peace, tranquillity and stunning views, superb food and good company. We joined a walking holiday for a few days and were made so welcome, the setting, ambiance and first class hospitality is a great recipe for getting together with a like-minded group. Exploring the unspoiled mountain villages and walking the trails is an unforgettable experience, we will be back for more.

This really was a magical week! Casa Ana is the perfect venue for a group trip. The family style dining room and cosy living room make it seem like you are really staying at a friend's house - except you don't have to do the dishes. The rooms are delightful, the views exquisite, the food first class and Anne's attention to detail amazing! The walks were spectacular yet do-able. We were so impressed by the breakfasts, packed lunches and superb dinners provided by the local chefs. Anne is adept at organisation, bringing the best of everything to her guests, so we were able to relax and enjoy it all.

I totally recommend this holiday. Anne and her staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and the food was exceptional, Breakfast and the packed lunches had everything you could want and the evening meals were fantastic, provided by guest chefs from the local area. Casa Ana was a peaceful haven tucked away in a quiet village in the mountains.

Anne and her 'helpers' were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable with tea, coffee etc available in the guest lounge. Casa Ana is an excellent base for exploring the Alpujarra mountains, with lots of info' about walks and other trips.
