Rather than reading examples, I'd have preferred to read more about how to apply these principles more carefully to my own life. All in all, this was still a worthwhile read. John Miller has done it again, QBQ was a recommended read by my area director. These books are great, I've started to eliminate victim thinking and taking accountability for my actions. Repetition is the motor for learning. I try and keep the QBQ message in front of my mind in all situations. Ask yourself the right questions and you'll have a completely different outlook on life and stressful situations.

Nothing earth-shaking, but plenty of reminders of how to remove yourself from the victim mentality and move forward in life. There are also many anecdotes that help drive the points home. I read this for a book club at work. I'm generally disdainful of self-help books in general and I can't say that this was any great exception but it did have some general practical life advice.
Basically, turn everything inwards and don't blame others. Not a bad principal.
