People with all manner of tastes will find something to like. Plus, there's kid appeal. It is comprehensive and strives to expand what could easily be a potentially restricted diet. I feel it would be a very useful addiction to all dietetic departments and would make a practical resource for a family with an autistic child, following an exclusion diet under medical supervision.

This book could have been so much better, personally, I would get two or three other gluten free dairy free or cooking for allergies books, or gluten free vegan books for this price, and have more alternatives. If this book were fifteen dollars, I would feel differently, but would still be disappointed about lack of data about GF CF diet for Autism since the book has AiA on the cover.
