God knows I tried It's Goethe, and I love him but Impossible to enjoy this. I just couldn't stop myself from turning pages and pages of blahblahblah, looking for the real meat in the story.
We read some of Wilhelm's adventures in his years of travelling, but the link to his previous life and love life is somehow unclear.
