Please try again later. Storey Publishing has published a series of this homey, old-time project based pamphlets. The information seems rather antiquated, and I found far better information and instructions elsewhere. It's cheap, but that doesn't mean it's worth what you're paying.
Informative without information overload. This book is outdated, especially regarding the information regarding brewing hard cider. I'm glad it was inexpensive, because it wasn't helpful for our cider-pressing, nor brewing.
A fine classic reference on making and storing apple cider the old-fashioned way. Great for any home-canner or orchardist's library. This book is a great place to start for making cider.
