If anyone has ones I've overlooked, please post them in this thread. It's probably because I don't own the more detailed auto trail maps for some areas of the country. If you can give the name, that's great, but a reference to the map it's from would be preferred. Even better would be a small image showing the name and the pole marker.
Some of the trails I list may have multiple names and may appear twice. When I sort it all out, I'll collate those into single entries.
