The lawsuit added several other details, alleging that the wreck was so bad that the two cars became wedged together and had to be pulled apart with a tow truck, according to the Dallas Morning News. In the accident report, police noted that Elliott admitted to causing the crash when he ran a red light. The lawsuit notes that Elliott hasn't disputed the fact that he was at fault in the crash. Elliott's attorney, Frank Salzano, expects things to blow over quickly in this case. As noted by Salzano, Texas is not a "direct action" state, which means a driver who is involved in a crash is not allowed to sue the other driver's insurance company.

Instead, the person has to sue the other individual, and then the insurance company is expected to handle it from there. Elliott's insurance company ," Salzano said in a statement, via NFL. Elliott was only named personally because Texas is not a 'direct action state' -- which means that a claimant cannot file directly against the insurance company but must first name the individual insured Elliott in order to trigger the insurance coverage. According to Salzano, Elliott's insurance company will pay out anything that needs to be paid out.

Elliott's insurance provider to step in accordingly and handle the matter appropriately," Salzano said. Elliott is currently in California for Cowboys' training camp and has yet to comment on the lawsuit. The storylines are developed, steamy, and you don't have to have cheaters or men with horrible manners to have a great time reading them. You simply have to be open to a little bit of non-traditional relationships. This book involves Val and Curt They are her step brothers' friends that she's known, and crushed on, for years.

Then college rolls around. Interests are made known, and before she has to choose between them, possibly tearing Curt and Gabe apart I love Jenny Klaire's work. Interests are made known, and before she has to choose between them, possibly tearing Curt and Gabe apart, Val runs. Will she finally choose between them?

Does she want to? Or even have to? Maybe her friend January is right and things come better in threes. This is a voluntary review of a gifted copy. Cowboys in January a double entendre is a sexy, fast-paced, fun, MFM menage read and I give it 4 stars. The heroine, recently divorced New Yorker, January Jan James, is driving through a snowstorm in Texas, after having been informed that she now owns half of a ranch there, something willed to her by a distant relative.

The other half of the ranch is owned by two hunky cowboys, Matt and Chase, and the opening conversation when these three characters meet had me laughing out loud What a treat!

The other half of the ranch is owned by two hunky cowboys, Matt and Chase, and the opening conversation when these three characters meet had me laughing out loud. I love snarky repartee, and this novel has it in spades! Since her NY lawyer told Jan that the brothers didn't want the ranch, she has plans to buy out their half and turn it into a safe and secure shelter for abused women, children and horses.

Unfortunately, Matt and Chase have other ideas--they tell January that they plan to turn it into a cow farm, raising beef for slaughter, and they also plan on building a shooting range there, both of which enrage vegetarian pacifist January, and the snarky remarks continue to fly.

Matt and Chase also have a sister, Val, who has just filed for divorce after being beaten and abused by her soon-to-be ex-husband, and in truth, they plan to turn their half of the ranch over to Val and her children. Since it neighbors their own ranch, they feel they can keep her safe. What neither of the brothers counted on was their instant attraction to Jan, nor did Jan expect to be attracted to both Matt and Chase. My only complaint about the novel is one I often have with short novels, I wish it had been expanded upon to eliminate the almost insta-love between Matt, Chase and January, and offer the reader more in the way of character development.

Who will end up with the ranch, Matt and Chase, Val, or January? What will happen when Val's abusive husband shows up? Will the threesome get together? Will the debate over what to do about the ranch be settled? To find out, you'll just have to read this wild ride of a sizzling hot novel. Jan 04, Annie K rated it it was amazing.
