If you want a great life coaching book, this book is highly recommended. I have to leave a reviews for this book- I bought it years ago-paperback and it has absolutely changed my life. I reread it periodically- do the exercises over- remind myself of the life lessons etc. This book really has concrete steps to take to completely change your life and become the best version of you. Anyone who reads this front to back and takes action will have a much improved life. Thank you to the author! You will not regret it!

I was skeptical about purchasing a book with points for life coaching but I am so glad that I did. It came with a free month of the premier subscription which unfortunately I haven't used. I am reading the book, however.
