I think it is something I can see myself going back to again and again, whenever I need to spend some time aligning the actions I am taking with my values and goals.

Each chapter contained valuable insights. I now understand better than before why people hire personal consultants to help them break through barriers and achieve goals. If the book is this good I have to assume that Joelle makes a fantastic coach.

Learn from an Executive Leadership Coach

In addition to being grateful I read the book, I'm also very glad I own it. I see myself picking it up in the future to just re-read specific chapters or find a quote to help inspire me. If you are Dr Jay's book is a fantastic resource for any library. If you are a high level executive who feels like you have to choose between success and happiness; this book is for you!

I agree with most of what this book has to offer. But, it also seemed like common sense with a New Age spin to it.
