I really enjoyed seeing the characters grow and heal together. I love Christmas theme books and this was an enjoyable read.

This was an enjoyable read. All of the characters were well done and the interaction between each of them was good. I enjoyed the storyline.

PURE CHRISTMAS MAGIC

It was a tear jerker at times; but other times had you smiling. I look forward to reading more books from this author. A nice story which dealt how differently people deal with grief. Beth focuses on her son and reaching out. She keeps her grief hidden in one way but in another has created a shrine to her late husband. Logan on the other hand lashes out in his grief and has built a wall around himself.

It was interesting to see how Beth, her son and the stray dog work to pierce that wall. Logan also showed beth how to trust and love again. Nice story of a widow with a wonderful outlook on life meets a divorced man that has lost his child and is mad at the world. They work through their pain and find love. At one point it seemed like if anything could go wrong it would. Both fighting to hold one to grief for no good reason. The people in the town automatically assuming she wants to save the new guy.

I think my favorite character is the dog and her son. I was just glad the two finally got a clue. Would i read it again? The answer is no but it wasn't a bad story, just not for me. Great lite holiday read for anyone looking for a little holiday inspiration to start or end their season Great story as upbeat widow meets her new neighbor - a divorced man who lost his daughter.
