I like plain and simple cooking! I found only a few recipes that I will use! Easy, fast and good recipes. He said he loved it and it even had vegan recipes in it. He is 16 and I bought this instead of the flowers you get when in the hospital.

One desert would kill one of my meals! Be prepared to do ;ots of substituting with Splenda to replace the sugar and protein powder to replace flour, and add a lot of fiber to what appear to be ordinary desserts for ordinary people who are NOT insulin-resistant.
