We have given the book to several friends, and their experience was similar to mine. We've bought the book about 10 times as of this date. If you've got liver disease, you're as fat as a hog, you're tired of not fitting into your clothes, and you're tired of feeling bad, buy this book, do what it says, and live a better life.

I originally purchased this book out of concern for a friend who has been diagnosed with cirrhosis due to high alcohol consumption. However, after reading it, I believe I also have suffered from some liver disfunction, and plan on doing this diet myself as I encourage my friend to join me. I have great hopes that this will allow me to have greater health and achieve the weight loss that has eluded me for years.

The recipes and suggestions in this book helped me become much healthier and reverse a myriad of liver issues. All this while also loosing weight and belly fat. Cabot has been a voice of reason in the cluttered world of alternative health. This is a great book walking you through the process of cleaning your liver. Many doctors make this process complicated. Some excellent information if you're having any trouble with your liver.
Your liver constantly rejuvenates itself, so even if you have fatty liver disease, like me, you can get rid of it! This diet is fairly easy to follow once you understand the food lists you can choose from and that you don't have to cook one of her recipes for every meal.
I would recommend this book. Since i bought this book i have lost 20 lbs!!! The recipes are delicious, And it is the easiest diet to follow. This book has changed my life forever!!! Thank you Dr Cabot! Easy to read and follow. Simple instructions and plenty of recipes. Clean your liver and clear up some health issues too, may aid in weight loss, definitely a book to check out.
