Yes, the media is unreliable and I do agree with Gary Anderson that each voter must believe his own eyes and ears and not take anyone's word on anything. That's why I am reading books written by every side and persuasion before I vote. I applaud free speech and will make my decision based on knowing as much as I can before time to vote.
