I am happy to say that there were only one or two graphic scenes, and the first one didn't occur until about pages in. The story was interesting, it's about an American woman who comes to post-WWI Australia to be a doctor.
Naturally, being a romance novel, I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Naturally, being a romance novel, she's running away from things at home, and upon arriving in Australia saves the life of her future love after he wrestles a croc.
There was plenty of romance in the book, but also some good action crikey! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would read others by the same author I think The Flyer is part of a series.
