Absolutely no grass so if you have pets which we do it wasn't fun to walk her. But the market next door is huge and reasonable. Casino was fun and food was very reasonable and good. Gas and dairy Queen all there too. Cheapest diesel so far in new mexico on rt We stayed 2 nights to visit the Sky City Pueblo. This is basically a gravel lot with a wall around it for security. The casino is next door and we ate there and enjoyed it.
We had a pull through and it was nice and long.
There is no shade and no grass. But this is a great value especially for a 1 or 2 night stay or longer if you do not need a lot of amenities. The WiFi worked well. We stayed for three days and the most was five RVs in the park.
The lot is spacious with plenty of room. Have pull-throughs and back-ins.
The lot has a fence all around and security does patrol the lot. It is fairly quiet; the big rigs are across the street in there own lot. You can walk to the casino and have something to eat, we had the salad bar and everything was real fresh and good. The price was also really reasonable. However it is located close to I and a truck stop. Lots of road noise and lights. The shower is across the street in the truck stop and you have to get a voucher to go to the shower. They were clean and came with a bath towel, face towel, and wash cloth. You probably wouldn't want to walk in and get the key in your bathrobe.
That's pretty much the down side. The place is clean but they need a trash can or two more. Close to the Acoma Pueblo and some pretty scenery. We'd stay here again. Acoma Pueblo, gambling without alcohol maybe you'll lose less, beautiful area. The cost is great, there's a DQ across the street, and they have the casino and restaurant just out the back gate. Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. A no frills gravel, full hookup park. Most sites are pretty level but our 35 pull through site required 2 blocks in front to level.
The park manager was a gem, friendly, hard working saw him with shovel leveling some depressions but more important a fount of knowledge about the Laguna Pueblo and its people he is one and the area - he even helped us get to their semiannual festival!
Casino there also if you wish. We stayed in this park for three nights on our way to Santa Fe. Our motorhome leveled automatically without any of the wheels off the ground.
Casino next door with an excellent diner with reasonable prices, plus a grocery market on the other side of the campground. For gamers, they do have a non-smoking slots room at the casino-Yay! When we checked in the attendant was very helpful about the area and sights to see during our visit. We drove to Pueblo Acoma but it was closed even through their brochure said it was open daily if you're going, be sure to call first. We also visited El Malpais National Park--very nice facilities and pretty scenery. I stayed for a couple of days while on way to Hobbs.
Supermarket nearby, gas across the street. Casino has a restaurant, I didn't eat there, but the menu looks good. Office staff works 8 hours a day split shift so there is a big space at the lunch hour but there are envelopes to check in and drop in slot. Good, clean laundry facilities at a reasonable price. Can't beat the price for this full hookup spot adjoining a Casino about 50 miles west of Albuquerque even though it was a bit muddy.
Some sites too uneven to level a motorhome. No pressure to patronize the Casino. All Casino games are video based. Attached restaurants had very good meals at reduced prices. Full-service truck stop across the street. Truthfully, we didn't actually stay here. We planned to but when we arrived the smell of sewer was so strong that it forced us to leave. We tried to get over it. We parked and put down the jacks.
We thought if they could stand it, we'd be okay.

Trucks are very much unwelcome in the big gravel lot by the restaurant and in the grocery store lot. Showers need quite a few amenities like soap dishes, bath mats, face cloths and toilet paper in the dispenser and more counter space. No DEF at the pumps. I'm sorry I stopped here. Their burgers are amazing. They cook them so that there is little shrinkage.
Fresh fries as well. Fries would normally get a 5 or so from me, but because they were fresh, more like an 8 or 9. Just know that you will have a server so you will need to tip as well. It is very clean and relaxing place.
